Activate SoftSDC on your device
Each license has an activation code. Enter it in the SoftSDC app on the device that issues fiscal receipts. Activation takes under a minute.
Three steps
From purchase to a working fiscal device

Copy your activation code
Log in and open Licenses. Each code has a copy button. We also email the codes after every purchase.

Open SoftSDC
On the welcome screen select Activate License. Not installed yet? Follow the installation guide.

Paste and register
Paste the 36-character code and select Register. The device needs internet access for this step.
When activation needs a hand
Most activation problems have a quick fix.
Activation limit reached
A license can be activated a limited number of times, for example after reinstalling. When the limit is reached, open the license in Licenses and select Request reactivation. Support allows further activations.
Network error
SoftSDC must reach the license servers. Check the firewall settings and try again.
Code not accepted
Copy the code with the copy button instead of typing it. It is the full code with dashes, not your order number.
Moving to a new device
A license is locked to one device. To move it, see move a license.
License expiring
Renew before the expiry date so the device never stops signing receipts. Renew licenses from your account.
Still on the trial
The 7-day trial ends on its own and cannot be extended. Choose a plan and activate the license on the same device.
